RETURN POLICY: Most of our items are not returnable. All items must be discussed before return would be accepted. If you get an approval code for the return of your item it must be returned within 7 days of receiving. If after 7 days we will not accept or with approval it will be 50% restocking fee. If their is an error on a decorated item please see your account manager to work out details. We make every effort to get your item done correctly the first time so you won't have to return it.
